How to Buy

Select your favourite vehicle from our Stock List. After select your vehicle you can send us your Inquiry by click on Send Inquiry button. In case you could not find a car you are looking for, please feel free to send a message so that we can search from auction.

When you confirm your order after negotiating the price and condition, please ask a proforma invoice and arrange the payment.

After receiving the proforma invoice, we would request you to complete the full payment smoothly within 5 working days. When you have completed the payment, please send us the copy of Telegraphic Transfer copy via fax or e-mail as proof of payment. (Payment in Toco International Co., Ltd. bank account only, which is mentioned in the INVOICE)
If your payment has not been confirmed until the Paying Due Date as mentioned above, the contract is deemed to be void.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will also begin the shipping procedure of your vehicle at the same moment. We will inform you the scheduled date of shipment within next 5 working days. Upon the completion of the shipment and departure of the shipping vessel, we will send you all the documents necessary to receive your vehicle at the port of destination.

The documents required for customs clearance will be sent to the customer through courier services at customer's doorsteps.

The documents required for customs clearance will be sent to the customer through courier services. The documents sent to the customers include: 1. Invoice 2. Bill Of Lading 3. Export Certificate 4. Original Documents 5. Inspection Certificate from Japan Auto Appraisal Institute (JAAI) / Japan Vehicle Inspection Association (JEVIC) and other inspections (if required)
